All items listed in our product catalogue, are brand new items. DP Equine sells essential items required for horse riding and training. You are able to select which items you wish to order, Minimum Order Quantity is US$300. 

Shipping

We ship worldwide, from our main branch in Singapore. Once your order is processed, we would send out an invoice through email, detailing the total amount payable, together with shipping charges. Shipping charges depend on the weight or volumetric weight (whichever is greater) and the country to ship to. 

Payment

Accepted methods of payment are by PayPal or wire transfer only.   

Delivery

Delivery is within 12 days after receipt of payment. We ship out our products through FedEx. We can also ship, using your account, with any courier like FedEx, DHL or UPS.

Damage or Non Delivery

Goods should be inspected upon delivery and all damages reported to the delivery agent. We would not be responsible for any damaged goods once they have been received and signed for by the customer.

In the event of Non Delivery or loss due to the courier's negligence, we would work with the courier on reimbursement and arrange for a re-delivery or return of funds paid.
